All content, footage, and materials created by Venty Media remain our property until full payment is received, at which point agreed-upon deliverables are transferred to you as specified in the project agreement. You may not use our work for purposes outside the agreed scope without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and necessary materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing client materials may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venty Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Website Use

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair the site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Message frequency varies; typically 2–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
